At Griffin Haute, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can return or cancel orders for items including dresses, shorts, sweatshirts, swimwear, and jeans. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at support@griffinhaute.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with tags still attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked "non-returnable" are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@griffinhaute.com.
